I started out training franchise owners how to run a successful business. From there, I was running the London business for a corporate training plc, then setting up a sports marketing agency in Central Europe that turned over $1million, then moving on to sales and marketing director of a global performance improvement company. I’ve had a varied career! I’ve been where my clients are – running a business, and managing all the challenges of cashflow, staff and planning, that are the headaches of all business owners.

What’s never changed though is that I’ve always loved leading teams and individuals to success – lighting that collective fire within people that drives a team to excel, by understanding their business, strategy and challenges.  As a coach, having created the Scale With Confidence model,  I now give MSP owners, within the MSP Mastery programme, the clarity and confidence to harness the ambition of their business that may have felt out of reach and help them build a business that truly works for them, rather than them for it.

Most business owners I work with say they want a business that works for them, rather than them working for it. They want more time, more freedom, and of course to earn more money! But no one teaches us how to run a business and many IT/MSP owners have come from a technical background. Understanding sales and marketing doesn’t always come naturally and dealing with customers and staff are different skill sets again.
